Sheridan joined the SULLIVAN Consulting team in September 2017 after moving to Adelaide from Sydney. She has a broad understanding of human resources management having completed a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Human Resources Management and Management through the University of Wollongong.
Sheridan has over 10 years of experience in management and leadership positions within a fast-paced customer service and sales environment. This allows Sheridan the ability to thoroughly understand the customer journey for candidates and clients alike. A solid foundation built through prior employment and study has given Sheridan the skills to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Lauren is a talented content writer who is dedicated to bringing the SULLIVAN Consulting brand to life on social media. With experience writing corporate blogs and a passion for working with words, Lauren enjoys crafting informative and engaging content across our online presence.
Currently, Lauren is completing a Master of Communication specialising in digital media. Her study has given her many new skills that she is keen to put to good use at SULLIVAN Consulting. In addition, Lauren loves to share her skills and volunteers her time to help community and professional groups with their social media content and strategy.
Julie brings a driven client focused approach to the recruitment industry, with 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. She prides herself on five pillars – relationship development, client focused, business growth, service excellence and positive outcomes. Julie’s career is defined by fostering strong relationships and partnering with a variety of organisations within a range of industries and achieving the best outcomes for clients and candidates.

Tomas joined the SULLIVAN Consulting team in January 2019 after completing his Bachelor of Commerce (Management) degree at the University of Adelaide. Having completed a range of internships during his time at University, Tomas has developed a strong customer service focus and a broad understanding of human resource management and recruitment processes.
